Increase the temperature by 5-10°C and adjust the screw speed to increase pressure. If the pellets are burnt and have poor palatability, the temperature is too high or the residence time is too long. Reduce the temperature and increase the speed. If the pellets easily break apart and have poor water resistance, reduce the puffing and fine-tune the pressure and temperature to a balanced state. During the production process, parameters need to be monitored in real time, and particle quality needs to be sampled and tested every 30 minutes. Timely fine-tuning is required to ensure stability.
